About PRTNR Property Group

PRTNR Property Group was founded by Matt Hill after more than 20 years working in the not-for-profit sector and the past couple of years working in real estate and accommodation. Those experiences showed him how much a suitable property can change what an organisation is able to do. They also showed him how difficult it can be to bring the right people, property and arrangements together.

PRTNR was created to help close that gap. We work with organisations to understand what they need, connect them with suitable properties and manage the practical details that make those arrangements work. We also work with owners and agents who want to explore the possibilities for their property.

People come first in how we operate. We listen, take the time to understand each situation and make decisions with the people affected by them in mind. Our Ready Homes service reflects that approach. PRTNR secures, prepares and manages short-term accommodation, while the referring organisation leads the support of the person or family staying there.

We believe the right property, in the right hands, can open up new possibilities. That belief shapes how we work with every person, owner and organisation we partner with.
