How It Works
From understanding demand to transition
PRTNR manages the property side of the accommodation journey end to end — while partner organisations remain responsible for case management and support.
01
Understand demand
PRTNR works with the organisation to understand referral volumes, household types, locations and expected lengths of stay.
02
Build the accommodation capacity
PRTNR sources suitable, compliant residential properties with informed owner approval.
03
Refer suitable participants
The organisation assesses and supports the client; PRTNR confirms property suitability and availability.
04
Move in
PRTNR completes the property induction, occupancy documentation and house expectations.
05
Manage the stay
PRTNR manages the property, inspections, maintenance and tenancy-readiness touchpoints; the organisation continues case management.
06
Reset or transition
At exit, PRTNR cleans, checks, replenishes and resets the home for the next placement. Suitable participants may also progress into the long-term tenancy pathway.
Tenancy Readiness
Preparing people for what comes next
Temporary accommodation should help prepare people for what comes next. PRTNR integrates tenancy-readiness into the residential stay. Through normal property interactions and inspections, participants can build practical understanding of property care, inspections, maintenance reporting, communication and the responsibilities expected in a future tenancy.
Over time, this can contribute to a PRTNR Rental Readiness Profile — a practical record of demonstrated tenancy behaviours that may support future rental applications.
